We ship every PurrSteam order from our US warehouse.

• Delivery time: orders ship within 2-4 business days and are delivered shortly after, depending on your location.
• Tracking: you'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
• Delays: occasionally weather, carrier volume, or address issues can add a day or two. If your order is taking longer than expected, contact us and we'll look into it.
