We want you and your pet to be happy with PurrSteam. If you're not, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return or refund.

• Eligibility: items should be unused and in their original packaging whenever possible. If the product arrived damaged or defective, contact us with a photo and we'll make it right regardless of condition.
• How to start a return: email us through our contact page with your order number and reason for the return.
• Refunds: once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Exchanges: need a different color? Let us know and we'll arrange a swap instead of a refund.
